Leaving from an EU country other than the Netherlands – Manual Customs Validation /

If you are leaving the EU from any EU country other than the Netherlands, you must visit Customs to obtain a manual stamp (ink/wet stamp) as proof of export.

Receipt requirements
Your receipt must include the following information:
➤ Your full name
➤ Country of residence
➤ Passport number

If any of this information is missing, bring a Tax-Free form, which is automatically generated in your account when the claim is registered and will also be sent to you by email.

🕹️ Manual customs validation

1. Take your receipts (and Tax-Free forms, if applicable) to the Customs desk at your airport, train station, or border crossing.

2. Customs will place a manual stamp on your receipt or Tax-Free form.

3. After obtaining your customs stamp, please upload a photo of your stamped receipt and/or Tax-Free form to your claim.

   In your account, your claim will show the status “Waiting for proof of export.”

   • Click on the claim to open it
   • Click the blue “Upload receipt photos” button

   You can then either:

   • Select a photo from your device, or
   • Take a photo directly using your camera

   Once uploaded, your documents will be reviewed by our team.

   
   

   
   

After validation

• Once proof of export is uploaded, your claim will be reviewed and processed accordingly.

• We will keep you updated about your claim status by email and in your account.

• After the store has processed your refund, you will be able to request a payout.
